案件沿革
by move 740 (I went to a few moves before move 756, Jovian Lanterns had already been played and had 11 floaters on it.
So, I cannot speak to what happened when the card was first placed. But, move 756, the card was not activated; there was no titanium to pay the activation cost. Instead, "Floater technology" was used, which correctly added one floater.
The card was first played on move 122. and yes, it incorrectly added one floater instead of 2.
I think this has been fixed though.
