The rules state that you can use all jokers in any combination but not use the jokers on their own. I had 2 joker (before I rerolled) but it was only letting me use one (which is why I rerolled).• 這項違反規則之處可否在遊戲重播中看到？若可以是在哪步？（重播時左上角資訊）

I can't see your rolls now, but did you regard the rule: "You can only use 1 joker in each combination"? So X + X + J + J can be used as 3X, but not as 4X.

I have the same problem. I had rolled for example 2 cats, 2 jokers and 2 books. So I wanted to play 2 cats with 1 joker and 2 books with 1 joker. That was not possible. So if you have played 1 joker, it's not possible to use the other joker with other dices.

I had a similar problem. I rolled 4 books and 2 jokers and wanted to cross off the second and fourth slot of the book row, so X + J and X + X + X + J. This is still not possible. The rules say that you can use 1 joker per combination, not 1 joker per symbol.
