I confirmed a move with my train. This request never returned a success message. The game did not respond any more since then.

Some hours later it was possible to open the table.
The game was in the same state and it was s still not possible to take any action (same errors as before).
Using the smartphone app instead of my PC browser is also failing.
Opening the table fails again with Error code: 503.

Right now I was able to take my turn and the game continues on.
