The blue resource bank show 10 resources can be used before corruption happens, in fact only 5 resources can be in play at the end of your turn. The rule is enforced correctly, but the image of the gameboard is incorrect which lead to confusion. I checked physical copy of the game to ensure that I'm correct about the board.

This is not a bug for Through the Ages.
Your screenshot for "Actual board layout" clearly shows the cover for Through the Ages: A New Story of Civilization—these are functionally different games. :-)

I'll submit a new ticket also, but I've found the issue. bananasplay is correct, the right board is in use, however the game is evaluating corruption when there are still tokens in the first area of the blue bank. Currently happening in game boardgamearena.com/3/throughtheages?table=228090207; where I have 1 blue token in the first area of the blue bank and am about to lose resources to corruption.
