The solo bot took a second treasure chest, as can be seen in the picture. However, the count for chests remained at one. I wouldn't have noticed if this hadn't been the final scoring goal...have the least number of chests...so I was watching him all game.

I'd consider this more a display bug than a scoring bug actually. In fact, you had 1 chest and Jael had 2, so you correctly won the final scoring goal.
If the game had counted only 1 chest for Jael, then Jael would have won the final scoring goal, because he wins in case of a tie.
If the game had counted only 1 chest for Jael, then Jael would have won the final scoring goal, because he wins in case of a tie.
