On move #49, player cigma (first player) completed the 3rd column, which crossed out Anspielers 3rd column. So Anspieler had filled his 2nd shelf and triggered the game end. I would expect "Last turn started" to appear at this moment. But the text showed in the log only AFTER Anspieler had finished his last turn.

The text is written when last turn starts. In a game with 4 players last turn can start after the first player, so all the other players can read it, if it starts after the last player, the game ends without a last turn, so no player will have the turn with the text. In a 2 player game it's easy that is the second player to "start last turn", but it's really the end of the game not properly last turn.
