I'm sorry, it looks like I never got notified of your question. The last move was move 31, I think? And I was expecting to gain 5 points for adding one more plant but instead I lost 3.

I can't be sure without an exact move number, but it's extremely likely. Will you use the replay to double check the move number, then I'll investigate?

I did use the replay; the problem is that the game seems to count two separate parts of the same player's move as two moves, so I can't tell if it's move 31 or 32. I am being as helpful as I can here, but I genuinely do not know the answer any more precisely than that. Surely you can check both of those moves?
