I delivered the last cube from Wakayama, and the game log confirms I was awarded the Local Campaign card for Wakayama, to earn an extra 3 points following the 1 point delivery award. However, my score did not actually increase for the Local Campaign award. I started the turn with 35 points, and ended with 36.• 這項違反規則之處可否在遊戲重播中看到？若可以是在哪步？（重播時左上角資訊）

oh... nevermind. I was supposed to have taken possession of the Local Campaign card in order to fulfill it. This was not a "whoever completes this will immediately score" type card.
The log text is misleading because it copies the entire card text into log, with text about earning 3 points. I made this mistake two turns in a row because I did not notice!
