Confirmed. There was a bug when entering the last scoring phase in advanced mode as there was no savepoint there for the first player in the round, that's the reason of the message, as the last savepoint is from another player. It seems no first player in the last scoring round in advanced mode has tried up until now to undo (or s/he was also the last one to play).
I have fixed it and it won't happen again but I'm afraid you won't be able to undo your turn in this case. I'm very sorry for the inconveniences.
