案件沿革
I don't understand which mode are you in. There are 2 "modes" for card rows: "enough space" and "not enough to show all cards, let's overlap". From your video it's not obvious as cards fill 100% of space so might be any. Could you decrease the browser width and re-check and then increase the width (or decrease the number of cards to fit the div)?
