I could not use my seed cards as resources to pay for the VPs. Since I've had drawn a card when placing the tile, I could not restart my turn and spend the cards I had on the beginning of the turn too, making the tile useless.

The status bar just showed the action greyed out, as I had no resources to pay, and I was forced to skip it.
