I'm playing red, had a delivery power of 14 but trading posts 12 and 14 were already used by me.
The trading post 12 is circled green.
(Btw, that green circling could be made more visible)

Since I know that there is a rollback mechanism, I went ahead I tried to actually place it, and I could:

I then did a rollback so I don't know if there is a failsafe mechanism when validating the turn or not.
