So I noticed a player won a trick with a black 12 and one player played a yellow 14 which has a +10 bonus. So you get this +10 bonus when you play a 14 yellow and win the trick not by capturing this card. Basically if someone else plays a +10 bonus card, you cannot get that bonus. This is my understanding of the rules.

You win a bonus (which will be added to your score if you win your bid) when you win a trick with a 14 (there are other bonuses with special cards). In your case, a player plays the black 12 (black being a trump) and wins the trick where there is a 14... he wins the potential bonus

When the rules say you have bonuses with the 14 that "you have".... we are talking about all the cards present in the tricks that you have won.
