案件沿革
I suspect the position for the scoring of an area is determined simply: take the bounding box of the area, then put the score in the middle of the top edge. This has a problem if the top edge isn't all part of the area. For table 686990077 (the bug reporter), you can also see this with the 3-square J-shaped regions on top-right and bottom-left quadrants; the score isn't entirely inside the area, although in this case it's fine because the other square is a lake. The main problem is if the bounding box is 3 squares wide, but the top-middle square is missing, like the 5-square area on the top-left. The positioning logic should be revised. I think simply putting it on the top-left-most cell in the region (top row, leftmost cell among them) should be good enough.
