案件沿革
"You (and eventually all other opponents) will be considered winner(s) of this game, and you'll get (completion %) of ELO points you would have gotten for a normal victory."
Another problem here is that these terms create a distorted incentive for somebody almost broke to boot the slow player. Perhaps ELO should be awarded based on % of total table money held by each player. Those that have a big lead are a lot less likely to want to crash the table.
But problems of perverse incentives are solved if the table is not forced to shut down.
Not to mention, at a cash game a player should be allowed to leave AND to get an ELO based on cash held at time of departure. That would be most like real life.
