This is a minor issue and may be a limitation of the replay system. After a turn based game, I use the replay last turn option to see a replay of the last turn, but even once it is finished I cannot click on my deck (or my opponent's deck to see what cards could have changed the outcome with a different shuffle).

I did discover that if I use the See Final Situation option, I can easily click on my deck or opponents deck and see the cards.
