Situation : 1 spy per player. Player A has omnisicent.
Player A plays lobbying and gives player B omnisicent.
Game tells player A he "has to play an effect", but does not propose tje spy effect -- because due to omnisicent change, player A has not anymore majority about spies.
Game blocked, no way out.
F5 does not change anything.
