After undo his turn, he reget his annex blocker. That why sometime undo is broken.

So does that mean because he undid his turn after playing the card, then replaying it a second time made it double up?

yes. After thinking about it tonight, it becomes obvious.
I tested intensively the rollback of bonus cards during the turn... but the watchdog and highvoltage are discared just at the begening of the turn. So the undo brings you back just before discading these cards and there effect.
To fix this I mark the start of the turn, just after discarding the card, and the undo will bring you back there.
