Just to add to this. Maybe having a re-clickable countdown timer for 2 seconds on the solo call would be a good solution? You can click it and have 2 seconds to click your card and if the person who's turn is before yours is taking a little longer then you can just keep re-clicking it until you go. Even with waiting until it was my turn and click the solo call a mere half second before clicking my card has caused me to draw 2 for not calling solo. this game is a little fast for online playing without being able to preemptively click for something you could otherwise do at the exact same time in real life.
