案件沿革
I clearly see that, you get an inactive farm, but you was still on it

There is no parcels that have been surrounded yet. This is why the parcels North East remain transparent. To reconnect the field you have to take parcels between the main field (plain red) and the fallow lands(transparent red)
But if you look at the first screenshot here imgur.com/a/ScmkGbF, this was the situation at the beginning of my turn (see 1 parcel active terrain), and how in the second screenshot, when I move right, I am laying no fence. I only can start laying the fence if I move first up, and then up again (see screenshot 3)
To me, there is something which is not right there, can you please double check? Thanks!
