I have never could skip the kicked player due to this problem.
So if anyone timed out, I (or we) can't play to the end. Frozen and broken game.

Always, always on turn-based mode...
Won't you fix it, BGA? If someone receive a penalty, it happens very easily. It happens necessary. Why is it still the "open" status?

Ok, it happens sometime.
Probably, when the 2nd person timed out.
Someone skipped already, and another one timeout, we can't skip he/she.

One player has been kicked after time out, next player hasn’t played either, has now gone out of time and unable to kick him or leave myself. I don’t know if he was unable to play or leave as well.

I went back today and have now been able to quit, so perhaps it needed all 4 players to try to quit before it did it.

The player was selected to be skipped as they had run out of time, but their turns aren't being skipped and they aren't playing so the game can never move to the next player
