As a Seasons player, I find VERY frustrating when an opponent conceed the game near the end. When we work hard on a draft and cannot play it, it removes all the fun of the game. To me, it's actually highly unfair-play to do that.
To fix this frustration, I see 2 options:
- table creator could fordbid "conceed" option, then players cannot conceed during the game (maybe it should forbid it only after X% of the game)
- when a player want to conceed, other players vote for agreement
- when a player conceed, other players can "finish" the game, as it happens when a player leaves the game -

Those are just ragequit (except one who apologized doing this, the only one).
@TheClaudeQc I don't get why this would make players out.
The Conceed feature should be changed into an Offer to Conceed, that can be accepted or rejected by the other player(s).
The current unilateral conceed option assumes that determining a winner is the only reason to play, but some people play for fun.
"offer to conceed" and let the other player accept or not will definitly arrange the problem
Conceeding is the online equivalent of flipping the board.
If you want to always play to the final move and scoring regardless the result, just create a group for that.
Players should not suffer from forcibly playing out games already clearly lost.
No matter for the situation of the game progress. (boardgamearena.com/bug?id=28862 is another suggestion to remove restriction with the timing)
So I downvote these 2 options.

And :+1: for the last option, if it means to allow resignation with free timing even in 3+ player games.

Conceeding is the online equivalent of flipping the board.”
Awful and ridiculous comment. If I knew that I was going to lose the game only halfway into the game, forcing me to complete the game just so you can get your rush of serotonin from winning big says more about you than anything. Conceding is a way of acknowledging that you lost. The great thing about board games online is that there is no board nor pieces to put up.
Forcing people to finish a game that ultimately is no big deal to move on from reveals the selfishness of the winner and shows that they didn’t plan to “win with grace” in the first place.
