案件沿革
At the end of every game where you are top 20, the system needs to check the current value of trophies you already have and their value and the current value of trophies for each of those spots. If the value has gone up you should receive the new higher valued trophy. If the value stays the same or goes down you don't get a new trophy if you already have one. If you don't have the trophy it should work as it does now and reward the trophy at the current level. Additionally it needs to check for all the trophies for which you qualify, so if you end a game in 4th it needs to do the top 5, top 10, and top 20 trophies.
Not getting trophy at all
In hack trick elo is 306 and rank is 6 yet no trophy at all.
Likely related to original bug where the proper checks are not implemented as my rank was 6 before reaching the 300 elo threshold.
I have finished 1st place in secret moon for seasons 1 & 2, yet only have a trophy for season 1. If I had finished runner-up in season 2, i would have an extra trophy and more experience points for a worse performance.
Not much incentive to try and retain a title.

Starting Season 2, only ELITE players gets Arena "top" trophies.
Top 3 ELO for Finity: 12k XP.
Top 1 ELO for DragonLine: 3k XP.
Top 3 ELO for Evo: nothing...
Top 5 ELO for JumpGate: nothing...
Some have both Top20 and Top10 XP.
If you click on a game link in the XP page nothing happens.

In total I have been short-changed 7534XP.
I will quote sprokitz' comment here since they provided the explanation and solution 3 years ago and no progress has been made in the meantime:
Each top 20 trophy can be worth 5 different values depending on the number of players in the game. (1st place is 30k, 15k, 10k, 6k or 3k). When a game moves up in value because it crosses a player count threshold a player is unable to gain the new higher xp amount if they have already achieved the lower xp trophy.
At the end of every game where you are top 20, the system needs to check the current value of trophies you already have and their value and the current value of trophies for each of those spots. If the value has gone up you should receive the new higher valued trophy. If the value stays the same or goes down you don't get a new trophy if you already have one. If you don't have the trophy it should work as it does now and reward the trophy at the current level. Additionally it needs to check for all the trophies for which you qualify, so if you end a game in 4th it needs to do the top 5, top 10, and top 20 trophies.
In each case my ELO was over 300 for this game.
Are you able to advise why I received less points for top 2 and 1 position than other players?
