案件沿革
I wonder how to explain why passing is not permitted. It's too late either way: you have to know when bidding 3 that you'll be forced to hold 2 without the XX. BTW this is pretty much the first thing that comes up in a training (well, after the names and point values of cards).
Is the "bid or pass" bit the problem? Does it also sound wrong when the only available action is Pass? (I.e. should it say "You must bid" / "You must pass" when you can only do one and not the other?)
I've only played the game in person once or twice, and we were pretty much baffled by all the cue bidding stuff at the time (it's gradually becoming clearer-- I think playing online will help!). I don't think we went over the "yielded game" situation at all, but I may just not remember (it was many months ago now).
