案件沿革
It is Joe's turn. He has four Earth cards and wants to ask Mary to use the helicopter to send him to the Temple of the Sun.
As it is right now, Joe has to put it in chat and hope that Mary sees it before the time is out on Joe's turn.
If Joe could hit a button asking Mary to use the helicopter, then the game could stop Joe's turn timer and wait for Mary to respond.
Option 1:
Players could have an "ask for help" button. When they click the button, they then choose another player. This other player become the active player and beside the "Play Special" button they should get an "Done" button that makes the last player as the active one.
The details of the help, what you want the other player to do, you can write in chat.
Option 2:
Same idea, but the "ask for help" button automatically activates all players OR all players with special cards in hand OR all players with a chosen special card in hand. They all get an "Done" button to "end" their turns (it's their choice if they will use the special card or not), then the game goes back to the player that started the call for help.
I had another thought, where you as the current player could click on someone's special card, and this would trigger the ask for help action, and the players could decide if they want to use their special card or not.
I prefer the "call everybody at the same time" because with that all players can pay some atention to that turn, read the chat, and such other things...

On real-time play, if you're paying attention you can just click on the right card whenever you want to play it, even if it's not your turn. But on turn-based, you won't be paying attention when it's not your turn, so no way to realize that your card may be useful
1) Allow players to use other's special cards (see: event cards in Pandemic)
2) As described above, allow players to request action from other players and move them to the "active" role (see: trade requests in Catan)
3) At the very least, allow active players to "snooze" their active mode until somebody else does something (see: turn based moves in Now Boarding)
There is literally no reason not to do it.
When enabled, the active player may select other players' special cards to wake them.
The card owner may reject the request and return the turn to the active player.
