案件沿革
I admit that I had to use the replay a lot. It's a short game, so replaying it doesn't take long and at the same time it's still difficult to keep track of everything - which I think is as it should be.
I'd argue that memorization is much more central to Yokai than to Hanabi. Most people can keep track of hints during Hanabi and the game is still playable even if they can't (or I couldn't play with elderly relatives ;-)). So the BGA interface for Hanabi is basically allowing players to do what they would be able to do anyway.
- display a player’s eye in the corner of a card after they’ve peeked at it and leave it there until the end of the game
- add a grid of coordinates to help remember the absolute position of cards (on an IRL table, you’d do that with the patterns of the table or other ways); the log would then state "johndoe moves yokai from F8 to K10"
- (leave the cards I’ve seen face up)
OR
- make the replay MUCH faster
There is no replay option for mobile, so turned based games are really really hard on mobile, even when you take good notes
