Incident 1: There was no "available move" indicator dot on the tile I placed in the spot I wanted to claim. On one tile, there should've been 3 field and 3 road options, but the only indicator shown was on an already-claimed field.

F5 did not solve the problem
it was te firstt time, never happend before/after

it was te bottom red tile where I did not have the option to place a maple, screenshot is just after placing the tile...
In the example on your sceenshot there is already a meeple on that field. In upper left area you have a tile with tunnel under the city - road on this tile doesn't divide the field.
1. Placed a turn road tile. It only shpowed the spot available on the interior of the turn. It didn't show the spot available to plae a farmer meeple on the exterior of the turn
2. Placed a three sided city tile with a road exiting the bottom. It showed only the meeple placement in the city and on the road. I magnified it and still didn't show up. It should have also showed the two spots on either side of the road to place a meeple.

Next move I placed a tile with two pieces of Town and dragon's nest - and could not place a meeple on the Town.
I should have been able to put a meeple on one of the features on the new tile I placed (I planned to get on the city.)
There were no "available" indicator dots.
I was playing the Princess & Dragon variant. The only option I was allowed was to move the fairy.
I couldn't place a maple on an unclaimed road.
First time with this error
