It's the last move of this game. Red player (Ragnonero1972) blocked us and we couldn't skip our turn.
All we could do is roll a die with a speed limit in front of us that would cause a LoC, which according to new rules should be a skip turn action.

I think it's happens when a 3rd gear or more is used at end of the players turn (you and someone else) and the code just indicate 1 or 2 could skip right now
