When doing the "Replay from this move" feature during a game, a red checker that was on the bar was not shown (even though the "arc" and diamonds show that the game expects the red checker is there). Then refreshing the window for the "live" game fixed the issue. I noticed this while the game was in progress. Now that the game is complete, I can not get the issue to happen again using the URL (see below).

If you go to this URL and let about 6 turns go by, you will see the replay get to the same point in the game as in the screenshot. The screenshot shows the red checker missing on the bar, while actually going to the URL now that the game is over shows the red checker on the bar as expected.
Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
This time I could reproduce it and make screenshots.
Table #217315946 Moves #39-48 Maybe it would start even earlier. When I start the game with move 49 to be done, I see a different board, then when I do the replay from move 39 onwards till 48.
That is really confusing and one does not really know, what is right or wrong.
