Happened to me as well on move 149 of the linked table. On my turn, I had ascended a worker, and was trying to select the extra worker ascension bonus, but misclicked the temple track instead. I checked the “ask for undo” option after my turn, and pressed “skip” to not gain a temple track bonus. At the end of my turn, I tried to undo and got the error described in this report.
