You have some energy. You activate the Transmute +1 power. You then activate the Potion of Life.
Expected: You get 4+1 crystals per energy (4 from potion, +1 from bonus)
Actual: you get 4 crystals per energy (4 from potion, bonus ignored)

Moreover, your comment is totally erroneous, since you took only one bonus during the whole game, to exchange 2 energies, and this bonus don't affect the crystallizations that you perform during the same round.
