Sometime to use a wonder that allow to play again, it can be usefull to know the cost of the next visible card (but not yet playable) because the card is blocked by the card that i will use to build the wonder. I think it can be written only on the tooltip.• 你的瀏覽器是什麼？

In the tooltip, you can add the cost for you and the cost for the opponent as today for the cards that are playables.

Hi, it's a valid suggestion, and during development we even tested it as you suggested.
But the problem is BGA doesn't want information hidden away in tooltips, that gives desktop users an advantage.
I have read about tooltips not working at all on iOS, not specific to this game, but tooltips on mobile are not great in any case currently.
I guess it's an chance for players to shine or make a mistake, similar to the real game.
