案件沿革
3 x '5/6 + 6/6'. I.e. 5/6 + 6/6 and 5/6 + 6/6 and 5/6 + 6/6. The odds of that happening is extremely low.
3 x '5/1 + 1/1'. It is 11 mins ago I rolled 3 times 6/6. This is most unlikely.
Same as 15:29 today. I.e. 3 x '5/6 + 6/6' (5/6 + 6/6 and 5/6 + 6/6 and 5/6 + 6/6).
If my calculations are correct, rolling 6/6 or 1/1 three times in one roll, should happen once per 5832 rolls (18x18x18). Now it happened 3 times today.
3 x 6/6 + 4/6.
It seems to be the same pattern each time. I.e. a double like 6/6 and the same number (6) with another number (like 4).
3 x '5/6 + 6/6' (5/6 + 6/6 and 5/6 + 6/6 and 5/6 + 6/6).
3 x '5/3 + 3/3'.

We use mt_rand() on GNU/Linux systems which is considered a good source for random numbers. Not saying it is perfect, but unless someone happens to be able to reliably predict the next numbers, it's good enough ;)
It happened again at my first move this morning. Table n°13022368. Move n°84.
Again it is the same pattern. In this case 3x 1/1 + 4/1. I.e. a double and then the number from the double in the other roll.
It never happens with e.g. 2/3 and 3/4. It is always a double. And it is very often :)
I am pretty sure it is a bug. Somehow :)
3 x '6/6 + 6/4'.
As mentioned this can't be random.
3 x '4/4 + 4/5'.
3 x '1/1 + 3/1'.
3 x '4/4 + 3/4'.
3 x '5/2 + 2/2'. It is never e.g. '5/2 + 3/1'. It is always a double.
3 x '5/2 + 2/2'.
Also, in fact this looks like a simple misunderstanding of the game interface. The actual rolls are shown at the top left (4 dice are rolled).
The dice on the right are in fact the possible arrangements of 2 dice amidst 4 that you can use to progress, not separate rolls.
This was a 'simple' misunderstanding then :-)
So sorry for wasting your time. Now it makes sense.
