Wasn't able to reproduce, but I tried to ensure that the game won't break so it should be possible to continue playing or at least quit the game.
I would expect that this bug will show up again in different form, but this time lets hope it would be easier to analyse and reproduce as the game won't break immediately after table creation. Please create a new report when that happens.
