move 33, fancypantz caused a collapse that allowed her to drop the Curse on me for 3 40's but my overflow black pyramid tile did not show up until move 36 when I played my 5th tile from my hand
so for a bit it appeared that I did not have 8 tiles only 5• 你的瀏覽器是什麼？

More generally, the pile does not update after any incidents collecting numerous tiles until that player's next turn. The number on the stack is inaccurate in the interim.
