During the last move i found how to solve this bug: you need to enter a robot room, REFRESH page and only then click on the robot: with that sequence of actions game allows you to choose between "move" and "push".

It happens periodically. It says "you must perform robot action" but the only option is to click on the robot and then move the robot. The text allowing me to choose between having the robot push or move never appears.
