I confirm. After refreshing thé page it’s ok.
But i dont think that i need refresh after every turn.
Better if thé information is automaticly refresh, no ?

I'm asking question to help me detect where the bug here. Only saying that the plan is not shown on other player could be a lot of different issues, so now that you are confirming that refresh works, it means that the issue is with notification and frontend, not with backend.
