案件沿革
Once you've turned the wheel, you will not be able to cancel the block purchase. You should however be able to cancel the block purchase if you had decided to NOT turn the wheel. It generally helps if you can describe in more detail what exactly you did.
I waited for boloni's question to be answered, then ended up checking the replay. There was a blue block for free. Case closed. (Agreed though that they look similar to green blocks.)
So that's my only concern in this scenario: whether selecting the option "No" for turning the wheel (which was available to him!) would have left him in a dead end scenario. I can't tell that from the replay, since trying to interact with the wheel during replay produces server syntax errors.
I don't like this interpretation of this rule, but 1) it might be the right one since I got no complains about it 2) I prefer not to change it now that people got used to it.
