it happens 2 times in the same table, a player receives 3 spears, and I received 2 emperatrees.. so it blocked the hand

In 4-player games, someone usually has 3 spears every round, and that is a guaranteed victory every time. In 2-player games, someone always has a handful of dragons, all game long.
