I was able to fix it and move past by re-placing the cubes, but doing so shortened the track distance I was able to go.

This is an error that I hoped I had fixed in an update that was published on December 17. I see that you're reporting on December 19 but as this is the only report I've had so far since the patch, do you mind if I check something to be absolutely sure?

Was that first blue (Crate Motor) cube originally placed before December 17?

I know that it's a strange question, but even with the December 17 fix, if the cube was placed BEFORE December 17 then the bug existed, and it would only have worked if you then undid the cube placement and placed it again after December 17.

I see you've said "I was able to fix it and move past by re-placing the cubes" which sounds like this might be the case, but can you describe what you mean by "but doing so shortened the track distance I was able to go"?

I'm not sure if it was placed before the 17th or not.
Because I kept thinking the error was related to my buys, so I tried several configurations of those.

It did seem like the issue happened when the Blue was in front.
It allowed me to move past when I put 2 white cube on the track (getting across the finish line), and then the blue.

Given the *possibility* that the blue cube was placed before the 17th, could I please get you to check for me?

Just keep playing your game. If the problem happens again now, then that confirms that there's a lingering issue and I'll chase after it. If it doesn't happen again, though, I'll assume that the cubes were placed pre-17th and the fix in place covers it.

Any issue SHOULD only occur when somebody crosses the finish line using a cube that moves them multiple spaces.

Report closed automatically because it has not been upvoted or commented for a while.
