Je n'arrive pas a reproduire ce bug, dans tous les cas ca marche de mon coté.
Sinon le tooltip me semble correct a première vue:
"L'Entreprise paie 10 $ au joueur qui possède ce Bâtiment. L'Entreprise qui utilise ce Bâtiment reçoit deux ressources identiques de Haymarket Square, si disponibles."
Translation:
Bug: Server error appear when using Building20 (2 differents ressources) with only one remaining resource.
MyAnswer: Cannot reproduce, all is fine on my side.

But I am not the code owner, cannot change it.
Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
