I got one citizen back, but the one already on the plaza disappeared.
As a result, I also got 2 points less in the final counting. • 你的瀏覽器是什麼？

You paid a prestigious building with a red citizen but he didn't visually go back to the supply. So the final count of red citizens is correct (sorry if it misled you into thinking you had more PP ><)
I couldn't duplicate the bug, but I fixed a couple of bugs probably related. If it happens again, I'll hunt this bug down again!
