The actual score looked like this
Brown -3

Pink -4
Brown winning because of less captured tiles while it should have been pink who won for having the same number of points as brown and less captured tiles.
I'll make sure the Blockers! rules docs are taken down, since this is indeed confusing. Unfortunately I've had trouble finding a copy of the Uptown rules in English, but I'll try to get that done as well.
