The first was a wish for something like a 9. A player played a bomb of a straight flush including the 9. The wish remained on the screen and later another player was forced to play a 9 to satisfy the bomb.
Two other times in the game there was a wish for a number and the player played a four card bomb of that number. The wish remained in the center (although it would never be satisfied).

unable to bomb with four 2's when mah jong played alone and wished for 2. was forced to break bomb and play 2 alone, whereas if mah jong wished for two when in a straight, it would force a quad 2 bomb if the player had it
