This seems to be the same bug reported on boardgamearena.com/bug?id=38286 .
I've experienced the same in game table ID #161968255. Essentially, if playing a card that has Plan and the player cancels the action, the UI doesn't change and it allows the player to press Cancel multiple times. When refreshing the table with F5, the game let's the player now plan X number of times, X being the number of times Cancel was pressed.
I experienced this with Deryn's Prowl.
In that table, if looking at &replayFrom=95 you can see the behaviour.
