This is especially true when you have a lot of artifacts that hold ressources. I had the corrupt altar and the athanor, both with 6 red on it. Guess wich one I emptied. My opponent told me it happens a lot to him too, because he plays on phone. And I've seen lots of beginners emptying these objects without the faintest idea of the error they were doing, only to fall in confusion when I explained it to them. too late, alas.
