案件沿革
"The last building on the board is built so the game will end when this round ends!"
so if the last building on the board is built .. you can't declare the end of the game even if you meet the objectives in the same turn ... and lose out on the 5 vps.
from my copy of the english rules .. these are both valid endgame conditions .. but i did not expect that the building one would supercede the announcement. otherwise .. i might have continued to buy blocks to build one of the 2 remaining 8count buildings instead for the declaration, since the extra 5 vps might decide the game winner ;)
just checked on BGG and the behaviour in.game is correct.
if the last building is bought from the board .. no one can declare the end of the game for the 5 vps.
Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
