I don't know how it's broken, either that or we were just really really unlucky.
We played 4 games of Tichu and used "Propose Rematch" along with "Random" setting for teams. We ended up with the same teammates all 4 times.• 你的瀏覽器是什麼？

Merriam Webster:.... rematch = second match between the same contestants or teams......... The original game was set to random. After the first game, we agreed to oppose one another again in a "rematch," but choosing "rematch" resulted in random partners being assigned, so we had to abandon. And a start a new game to obtain a "rematch".
