Good tooltip implementations:

The icons of the buildings that were available for purchase were listed all together next to my board, but the tooltips just said the building name and did not list prices or what they do.
I kept trying to click them to purchase the building, and I could not. It took me forever to find that the information I was looking for and the ability to purchase them was on the player board, not the buildings stacked next to the player board.
It would be nice if the tooltips said what the building was and how much it costs, and it would be very nice if they could be purchased next to the board as well as on the board.
I also agree with all the other tooltip ideas above.
