maybe there is some xiang rule about resigning, but it is painful not being able to concede. i don't think it is possible for BGA to assess when a xiang game is 50% completed...

BGA enforces that a game cannot be conceded with less than 50% progression. I cannot change that within the Xiangqi game.

Btw, progression is currently determined by number of pieces captured.
